Sister Tsukimi Fujiwara, CND

“I first learned about the CND from the bulletin board at Saint Ignatius Church, the Jesuit Church in Yotsuya, Tokyo. There I saw some information about a vocation retreat for young women with the CNDs as directors. As I wanted at that time to pray to God in a quiet place, I decided to go.

In the convent I prayed to God quietly. When my heart and mind became peaceful, I felt that I wanted to walk with God. Also, a Canadian sister said to me, ‘You are a woman who can pray.’ Now I am happy to be here.”
