Growing in Our Faith

We deepen our Visitation-Pentecost spirituality by:

• praying every day
• praying together regularly
• participating in Eucharist
• taking time for retreats
• sharing with one another our efforts to Live the Gospel

…so that our prayer and our action nourish each other.

Prayer ought to carry over into our words, our thoughts and our actions. We must strive as much as we can to reflect on what we ask or promise.
