Celebrate KAIROS and 40 years of Ecumenical Social Justice Work

KAIROS (Canadian Ecumenical Justice Initiatives) was formed in 2001, but the roots go much deeper into Canadian Church history. KAIROS was created out of 10 ecumenical social justice coalitions, the earliest of these was formed 40 years ago.

There will be an ecumenical worship service celebrating the anniversary on May 8th at 7:00 at Church of the Redeemer in Toronto with a reception to follow.

Through our JPIC office we have received a personal invitation to participate, since the Community has been supporting the Coalitions and KAIROS since the beginning.

Anyone who is able is welcome to attend. For more information visit
