CLT in Southern BC

CND

The sisters in southern BC have had the privilege of hosting Sister Jo Badali and Sister Donna Rose this past week. Beginning in Kelowna October 6-7 they met with the sisters in the Magnificat Women Mission Group and then with the associates in the Okanogan area.

Sister Norma Gallant drove them to Trail the following day to meet the associates from the West Kootenay over a pot luck supper. Next they were off to Nelson to have a quieter day and participated in the parish liturgy at the Cathedral. They set off for Cranbrook on Sunday afternoon to spend Thanksgiving Day with the sisters gathered there and to meet the East Kootenay Associates the following afternoon.

Finally, all participated in a Eucharist at Christ the Servant Church and an evening of celebration marking the 30th anniversary of the CND arrival in Cranbrook. The parishioners were delighted to greet Sister Jo Badali who was among the first founding group and who had been the Pastoral Assistant for the young parish
